Determine rowing order based on ability/ rower’s request.

Move the boat carefully to the slipway.

Is the slipway clear? Warn rowers of slip hazard.

Move debris as necessary to protect the boat.

Is the bung in? Yes, I know I’m repeating this

After launch, load boat, cox first, stroke second, ensuring that only one person moves in the boat at a time.

Final check. Is the radio on? Are footrests adjusted? Are rowers sitting correctly?
